What exactly is TopDolls?
TopDolls is an exclusive networking platform designed to connect models, influencers, and streamers. We act as a concierge service to help you find collaboration partners, get booked for media interviews, and attend exclusive networking events.
Is this a talent agency?
No. We are not a talent management agency or an employer. We do not take a percentage of your earnings. We are a membership network that provides tools and connections for you to grow your own career.
Is there a website login or app?
No. To ensure maximum privacy and a personalized experience, our entire service is concierge-based via email. You do not need to manage another profile or remember another password.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters are in Los Angeles, California, but our network is global, with major hubs in Miami, New York, and London.
Who is this for?
TopDolls is for aspiring and established content creators, including Instagram models, TikTok influencers, Twitch/Kick streamers, and YouTubers who want to grow faster through collaboration.
Do I need a large following to join?
No. We believe in potential over numbers. Collaboration is the best way to grow from 0 to 100k. We welcome creators at all stages who are serious about their career.
Is the membership fee monthly?
Yes, the membership is a flat fee of $99/month. This grants you unlimited access to our network introductions and event invites.
Are there hidden fees?
No. We do not charge placement fees or commissions on brand deals you secure through our network.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, all members must be at least 18 years old to join the network and attend events.
Can men join TopDolls?
TopDolls is primarily a network for female content creators and models. However, we do have specific partnership programs for photographers and videographers.

Collaborations & Networking

How do I find people to collaborate with?
Once you join, you reply to our welcome email with your goals (e.g., “I want to shoot lifestyle content in Miami”). We then search our database and introduce you to matching members via email.
Can I collaborate with streamers?
Yes! This is one of our most popular requests. We can connect you with gamers on Twitch and Kick for “Just Chatting” streams, gaming sessions, or IRL stream guests.
What happens at a “Collab Day”?
A Collab Day is when we coordinate 3-5 members to meet at a specific location (like a rented villa or studio) to take photos and videos for each other. It’s efficient content creation in bulk.
Do you provide photographers?
While we are primarily a peer-to-peer network, we often have partner photographers attend our official events. For private collabs, members usually take photos for each other to keep costs low.
Can I find people in my specific city?
Yes. When you onboard, tell us your city. We prioritize local matches so you can meet up in real life.
What if I don’t get along with my collab partner?
You are never forced to work with anyone. If a match isn’t a good vibe, simply let us know privately, and we will find you a different partner.
Do you support international collaborations?
Yes. We facilitate “digital collabs” (like duets, reaction videos, or podcast guests) for members in different countries.
Can I promote my products to other members?
Yes, networking includes business partnerships. Many of our members start podcasts or clothing lines together.
Do I have to post the content we make?
Generally, yes. The goal of collaboration is cross-promotion. It is expected that you tag your partner and share the content you create together.
How often can I request introductions?
Unlimited. As long as you are an active member, you can request new introductions as often as you like.

Events & Parties

Are the mansion parties real?
Absolutely. We host exclusive gatherings in luxury estates to allow members to network in a high-end environment.
Do I have to pay extra for events?
Most of our networking mixers are free for active members. Some ultra-exclusive red carpet galas may require a separate ticket purchase, but members get priority access.
Can I bring a plus one?
Usually, yes, but your guest must be approved in advance for security reasons.
Is travel included?
No. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation to attend events.
What is the dress code?
Our events are typically “upscale trendy” or “red carpet ready.” We want you to look your best for the content!
Are the events safe?
Safety is our #1 priority. All events have professional security, and the guest list is strictly vetted.
How do I get on the guest list?
Active members receive email invitations 2-3 weeks before an event. You simply reply to RSVP.
Can I take photos at the events?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Our events are designed to be “Instagrammable” with good lighting and backdrops.
Do you serve food and drinks?
Most events include complimentary drinks and light hors d’oeuvres.
What happens if I RSVP but don’t show up?
We understand life happens, but repeated no-shows may affect your priority for future limited-capacity events.

Membership & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Apple Pay via our secure Stripe checkout.
Is my credit card info safe?
Yes. We use Stripe, the world standard for online payments. We never see or store your full credit card number.
How do I update my payment method?
Email support@topdolls.com and we will send you a secure link to update your billing details.
Can I get a refund?
As per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Why was my payment declined?
This is usually a bank security measure. Please call your bank to authorize the transaction or try a different card.
Will I be charged automatically next month?
Yes, this is a recurring monthly subscription to ensure uninterrupted access to the network.
How do I cancel?
Simply send an email to support@topdolls.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership” and we will process it immediately.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, we offer a one-time courtesy pause for up to 30 days if you are traveling or taking a break.
Do you accept crypto?
At this time, we only accept standard credit/debit cards and Apple/Google Pay.
Is there a contract?
No. It is a month-to-month service. You are free to leave whenever you like.

Media & Interviews

How do I get a radio interview?
Once you are a member, mention your interest in media in your onboarding email. We will add you to our pitch list for partner stations and podcasts.
Do I have to go to a studio?
For some high-profile interviews, yes. However, many podcasts and radio shows now allow remote interviews via Zoom or high-quality audio links.
Can I use the interview footage?
Yes! One of the main benefits is getting professional clips to post on your social media to build authority.
What kind of topics will I talk about?
You will talk about your career, your lifestyle, your brand, and your upcoming projects. It is your time to shine.
Does this cost extra?
Standard podcast matching is included. Some premium PR placements may have third-party costs, but we negotiate those for you.
Do you help with magazine submissions?
Yes, we can guide you on how to submit your portfolio to partner digital magazines.

Safety & Privacy

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. We only share your professional social handles and first name with potential collaboration partners. We never share your home address or phone number.
Do you vet the members?
Yes. We review all profiles to ensure they are legitimate creators. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.
Can I report a member?
Absolutely. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, report them to support@topdolls.com immediately. We will investigate and ban them if necessary.
Do you sell my data?
Never. Your data is used strictly to facilitate your membership and collaborations.
What if a brand deal is a scam?
We vet the brand deals we send to you. However, you should always read contracts carefully. We can offer basic advice, but we are not lawyers.

Technical Support

I didn’t receive my welcome email. What do I do?
First, check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not there after 24 hours, email support@topdolls.com and we will resend it manually.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, just email support from your old address (if possible) or verify your identity, and we will update your file.
The payment page isn’t loading.
Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Ensure you are not using a VPN that might block Stripe.
How do I submit a success story?
We love success stories! Email us your wins, screenshots of growth, or links to viral collab videos. We might feature you on our homepage.
